I’m Alex Lee. Full-stack developer for 24+ years; I formerly led a 400-person engineering team, worked on multiple internet infrastructure projects, and I’m still a core maintainer of several large open-source projects.

My view on AI is simple: it is an industrial-revolution-level shift, and it is not stopping. The only way not to be left behind is to be in it — so I learn in public and write down what actually works: AI engineering practice, open-source dynamics, infrastructure, and security, always from a practitioner’s point of view.
